He is an imaginative and innovative thinker who combines analytical and interpersonal skills with practical experience of strategic management in periods of change.
Most recently he has advised on entry strategies to the Consumer Collections and Debt Purchase markets, he has mentored a Senior Management team post acquisition and has provided non-executive support to owner-managers in SME's.
He is a Fellow of The Unit in Leeds where he provides mentoring to start-up businesses on a philanthropic basis and a former Council Member of the Consumer Credit Traders' Association.
Anselm has been a Fellow of the Unit at Park Lane College Leeds, a business incubation centre since July 2008.
He has provided invaluable support to the start up businesses based in the Unit and has played an active role in deciding who joins the Unit as one of the Panel members who advise the Incubator Manager.
He has attended a number of Pitch to the Panel events, delivered Lunch and Learns and Master Classes on topics such as Business Planning and Credit Management and provided mentoring sessions to our entrepreneurs.
