Anselm has worked with owner managers helping them formulate a Strategic Plan for their new businesses from start-up to exit. By understanding the long term options, they are able to ensure that all appropriate steps in the process are considered and deployed at the least cost and risk to the desired outcome. His experience of Collections has enabled him to assist large organisations consider diversification strategies in the following areas: Collections, Business Process Outsourcing, Mergers & Acquisitions or Debt Purchase.
Mergers and Acquisitions in Collections, as in other Spaces, can result in the scale and scope of individual managers’ responsibilities being extended beyond their comfort zones. These, together with the current turbulence in the Financial Services Sector and the acceleration of legislative and regulatory change all result in increased levels of uncertainty, anxiety and pressure at both the organisational and the individual level.
Anselm’s direct experience enables him to share knowledge and help capture opportunities which would otherwise bypass the individual and the organisation. By enabling the individual manager to transition safely to a new role, the organisation reduces the risk of a sub-optimal performance.
Anselm has consulted internationally in Europe, the US and Asia in business management, process improvement and investment decisions.
He has helped organisations large and small in the areas of Policy Development, Procurement and Supplier Evaluation.
In addition to acting as a coach, he undertakes interim management and contracting assignments to help embed and deliver the benefits of his coaching particularly in the areas of Bid Management and Proposition Development.
